Offering top of the line services and products to their clients worldwide, our client is going through a rapid expansion phase as they acquire businesses and build their own landmarks.For Senior Architects, your work scope would include coordinating design work between the Design Head Offices in Singapore ad Bangkok, and the individual Project and Site Teams in the region. Travel within the region is expected.For Project Director, you are to oversee all managerial and executive tasks pertaining to administering our representative offices based in the region as well as all Project Planning works for multiple projects. He/she will also head all coordination work and liaise between the Design Head Offices in Singapore and Bangkok, and the various project teams of all Hotels & Resorts projects under development regionally. Travel is expected.To be considered, you are degree qualified in Architecture with a minimum of 5-7 years good track record in a leadership and project management/ planning role, assuming responsibilities for several projects at one time. A postgraduate degree will be a plus. Experience in hotel and resort development, and working/living knowledge overseas will be highly regarded. You have excellent project and people management skills. You are highly self-motivated and possess a positive, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity. You are a team player with high energy level, and are able to adapt in a dynamic environment.
